Matter for Social Good!

As a social entrepreneur building a company, time is my most valued resource. After switching to OrderCup a couple of months ago, I have more of my most precious thing - TIME! The simplicity of their site's interface has chopped the time spent preparing shipping labels by at least 80%. It is so streamlined and makes so much sense, every time I use it I breathe a sigh of relief for not using the previous service any longer.

Matter creates sustainable products that donate to social and environmental causes. Our first product BirdProject Soap has donated 18K to date to incredible groups working on restoration post BP spill. We are a growing company and currently have 3 new products on indiegogo, raising funds for launch that will donate to 4 new community groups. As we are a social good company, OrderCup also generously offers a discount on their monthly fee. Every bit helps as a business to help in keeping overhead low, especially with our large donation piece to partner non-profits.

Matter's webshop is hosted by Shopify and our orders are automatically brought in from there to OrderCup. I click ship, I can check the cost if needed, and then click to print. That's it - one screen, a couple of clicks, and the label, packing slip, and customs forms are all sent to my printer. It takes less than a minute to have the needed labels and forms. Done! (Whereas the previous service took me at least 10 minutes and many exasperating screens and many steps. I always had to find my happy place in prep for the hassles ahead).

There is an initial setup for your most common order types to set your defaults, the customer service was really helpful in getting this first step setup quickly & we walked through it over the phone. Currently, I'm using only USPS services, but am looking forward to setting up Canada Post & FedEx.

Customer service is always speedy by email or phone, plus really warm & friendly to boot!
