OrderCup has released the ability to receive live shipment status updates! This means that you will be able to see the latest status of all your shipments within OrderCup without having to click on the shipment tracking number link and be re-directed to the carrier’s site in order to see the shipment’s latest status. This allows you to quickly review the status (see status icons in screenshot below) of all you shipments for any time period to see if they have all been delivered, on track to be delivered or delayed, lost or have experienced any other issue.

OrderCup provides both a high level status icon to indicate what stage of the delivery process your shipment is (label generated, picked up. In-transit, delivered, returned, exception) and detailed tracking status when you hover over the icon that shows all the delivery events to that point, with the most recent event highlighted at the top (see screenshot below). The shipment status and events allow you to be concerned with only the exceptions and do it proactively before your customer becomes aware there is an issue and contacts you.

The feedback from our users has been very positive: “This is one of the most useful features you have released” said Ron Evans, a long-time OrderCup user. We will continue to update this feature to provide status updates for new carriers that we integrate.
